Return Policy
We do not accept returns on any items. We accept exchanges on all items besides tie dye products.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are accepted on all items except tie dye. Due to all tie dye items being unique & one of a kind there are no returns or exchanges allowed on tie dye items. All other clothing we have a 3 business day exchange policy for a different size or item equal to the price of the first product. For exchange orders your items must be on our way back to us with a shipping label before we process your new items to be shipped. All shipping for exchanges is the customers expense unless something was incorrect with the order.
Canceling your Order
If you would like to cancel an order that is placed you have one hour to cancel the order from when your order is placed.
Shipping Policy
All tie dye items are typically shipped out within 7-9 days! All other items will ship within 1-3 business days. Tracking typically takes 24-48 hours to update after you receive the shipping email. If your order has not moved in a few days, we ask you to reach out to your local post office. Once the item is shipped it is out of our hands and you are provided tracking through USPS. If I package is ever lost you may file a claim through USPS. We do not do cash refunds, we can send you another item!
All of our packages ship USPS or UPS once shipped you will be able to track through the email or phone number provided with your order. All international orders are shipped with USPS or UPS as well.
At Happy Soul Sisters we do offer ROUTE at checkout which is a protection plan for your package. We do recommend putting it on every order to insure your package. If turned off at checkout, Happy Soul Sisters is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
