Shipping policy

All items are typically shipped out within 7-9 days! Tracking typically takes 24-48 hours to update after you receive the shipping email. If your order has not moved in a few days, we ask you to reach out to your local post office. Once the item is shipped it is out of our hands and you are provided tracking through USPS. If I package is ever lost you may file a claim through USPS. We do not do cash refunds, we can send you another item!

All of our packages ship USPS or UPS once shipped you will be able to track through the email or phone number provided with your order. All international orders are shipped with USPS or UPS as well.
